Educational software
XaiChart provides automated technical-analysis information for educational purposes. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, signal service, or trading venue. XaiChart does not execute trades or hold customer funds.
No investment advice
Analyses, scenario weights, confidence measures, alerts, news, and social context are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You remain solely responsible for verifying information and deciding whether any trade is suitable for you.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide an email address you control and keep access to your sign-in links secure. You may not automate abusive request volumes, probe the service, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful material, or resell provider data in violation of applicable licenses.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price displayed during checkout until canceled. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and managed through its customer portal. Android subscriptions are processed by Google Play, iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple, and mobile entitlements are synchronized through RevenueCat. Mobile subscriptions are managed through the store account used to purchase them. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout.
Third-party information
Charts, market data, economic events, news headlines, and social context may be supplied by third parties. Those services may be delayed, unavailable, corrected, or governed by additional provider terms. XaiChart does not endorse a publisher or guarantee that third-party information is complete or current.
Availability and accuracy
Market data and AI output can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular trading outcomes, or that any analysis will identify every material risk.
Intellectual property
XaiChart and its original software, interface, branding, and analysis presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in chart images and journal content you submit and grant XaiChart only the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the service.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XaiChart is provided “as is” and “as available.” XaiChart is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and termination
We may improve or discontinue features, enforce usage and safety limits, or suspend accounts that materially violate these terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be brought in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
